Inventing the future

Following Blanchelande's success at the UK TeenTech Awards last summer, our new batch of Scholars are keen to generate a range of exciting "ideas for making life better, simpler, safer or more fun". We started by looking for "problems in search of a solution" and "solutions in search of a problem" in the different Innovation categories:

From unscratchable glasses to robot squirrels to guard against illegal deforestation, our Scholars are launching all of their creative enthusiasm into the idea generation stage. The next challenge will be to decide which ideas are both innovative and have a clear target market and to form teams to pursue these further.
