Write a speech in which you argue for something you personally feel passionate about. Use the resources below to generate ideas, gather information and make notes. Remember that the key features of a good speech are:

  • Knowing your topic so that you have something interesting to say
  • Using a range of rhetorical techniques
  • Practising so that you can deliver your speech with confidence
